单过硫酸氢钾复合粉在饮用水消毒过程中的副产物生成特性及其遗传毒性研究敖秀玮1,李豪杰1,刘文君1*,余京儒2(1.清华大学环境学院,北京 100084;2. 成都润兴消毒药业有限公司,四川成都610100)摘要:研究以北京田村山净水厂原水和炭后水作为试验用水,对新型消毒剂单过硫酸氢钾复合粉消毒后生成的副产物进行定性分析,比较了该消毒剂和氯消毒的卤代消毒副产物生成量,并通过umu试验对其消毒后的遗传毒性变化进行测试。结果表明,测试水样投加单过硫酸氢钾复合粉消毒前后的有机物种类变化不大,但仍有新的卤代烃和卤代物生成。与氯消毒相比,单过硫酸氢钾复合粉消毒后生成的副产物三卤甲烷(THMs)和卤乙酸(HAAs)含量明显较低。另外根据umu测试的结果,单过硫酸氢钾复合粉消毒后的遗传毒性低于氯消毒,但在水中有机物较多和消毒剂投加量较大时,单过硫酸氢钾复合粉用于消毒仍有一定安全风险。关键词:单过硫酸氢钾;消毒副产物;遗传毒性Study on characteristics of disinfection by-products and genotoxicity during drinking water disinfection by potassium monopersulfate compoundXiuwei Ao1, Haojie Li1, Wenjun Liu1, Jingru Yu2(1.School of Environment, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084; 2. Chengdu Rosun Disinfection Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., Sichuan Chengdu 610100)Abstract: In this paper, the qualitative analysis of by-products in the course of disinfection of raw water and effluent of GAC in Beijing Tiancuishan Drinking Water Plant by potassium monopersulfate compound were determined. Halogen disinfection by-products during disinfection process by potassium monopersulfate compound was evaluated in a bench scale by comparing with chlorine disinfection process, and the genotoxicity evaluation of potassium monopersulfate compound and chlorine disinfection processes were also studied by umu test. The results shows that there were small changes for the organic pollutant components of water samples after disinfection by potassium monopersulfate compound, while some new halogen disinfection by-products were generated. Potassium monopersulfate compound disinfection generated much less trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs) than chlorination. Moreover, the results of umu test showed that the water samples presented lower genotoxicity after potassium monopersulfate compound disinfection than chlorine disinfection. However, there was a risk for safety at a high level of organic matters and disinfectant dosage during potassium monopersulfate compound disinfection process.Key words: potassium monope
