陕西工业职业技术学院 毕业设计 设计(论文)题目:多轴组合钻床液压系统与PLC电气控制系统设计 题目下达日期: 2012 年 11 月 15 日 开 始 日 期: 2012 年 12 月 01 日 完 成 日 期: 2013 年 01 月 05 日 指 导 教 师: 罗 枚 专 业: 机电一体化技术 班 级: 机电1005 学 生 姓 名: 熊 宗 朋 教研室主任: 段 文 洁 数控工程学院 多轴组合钻床液压系统与PLC电气控制系统设计 摘 要 本设计主要是对多轴组合钻床的液压系统的液压系统和plc电气控制,解决传统的继电器——接触器电气控制系统存在的线路复杂,可靠稳定性能差,故障诊断和排除问题困难,具有结构简单,编程方便,调试周期短,可靠性能高,故障率低。 再加之液压传动相对于机械传动来说,是一门新技术,我国已产生了许多新型和自行设计的系列产品,如电液伺服阀,电液脉冲马达以及他新型液压元件等,多轴组合钻床的控制液压动力滑台的, 通过动力滑台实现组合机床的各个动作从而完成工件的加工,液压系统有四个缸,其中两个为工作进给缸,两个为定位加紧缸,该系统自动化程度高,定位,夹紧均为液压系统实现,进行工作近给的左右的滑台也可以实现工作循环。 关键词:多轴组合钻床,PLC,液压系统,自动化 ???????????? This is designed to hydraulic system of drilling shaft combination of hydraulic system and plc control , solve traditional relay contactor electric control system of the existing ,reliable and stable performance is poor ,fault diagnosis and rules out problems are difficult ,because of the electrical control system and plc relay compared to contact device ,commissioning period is short ,reliable performance is high ,failure rate. Plus hydraulic transmission relative to the mechanical transmission speaking, is a realize the work cycle, our country has produced many new and to design a series of products, such as electric-hydraulic Pulse motors and his new hydraulic components etc , Drill combination of multi-axis combination of the hydraulic system is used to control the hydraulic power slider ,sliding through the driving force to advice machine tool combination of the various actions to complete to processing of the work piece there are four hydraulic system in the hydraulic cylinder two of them work for the feed cylinder two for positioning ,clamping cylinder ,the system used in standard hydraulic power slider ,a high degree of automation ,positioning ,damping have hydraulic system ,to work into the ship around cam so realize the work cycle.
