城市道路检查井井盖问题分析及优化措施研究

摘要：近年来道路空间内各类专业管线的检查井井盖频繁出现问题，对居民的交通出行和生命安全造成了严重影响，已引起

社会的广泛关注。通过现场踏勘、专业调研以及案例借鉴，系统梳理了当前检查井井盖存在的主要问题，并针对检查井井盖数量

过多、空间位置不合理、施工不规范以及运维管理不到位等关键问题深入分析了其成因，同时从规划设计角度提出了道路空间

检查井井盖优化与提升的具体策略以及规划实施建议。此外，针对不同区域和项目的规划与治理需求，提供了切实可行的实施

路径与方法，旨在为后续更大范围的推广与应用提供实践参考。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,thefrequentoccurrenceofproblemsofvariouspipelinemanholecoverswithinroadspaces

hashadasevereimpactonresidentstravelandlifesafety,attractingwidespreadsocialattention.Throughon-site

investigations,professionalresearchandrelevantcases,thispapersystematicallysummarizestheprimaryproblems

currentlyassociatedwithmanholecovers.Itdelvesintothecausesofkeyissuessuchastheexcessivenumberof

manholecovers,unreasonablespatiallocations,non-standardconstruction,andinadequateoperationandmainte-

nancemanagement.Fromtheperspectiveofplanninganddesign,specificstrategiesandimplementationsuggestions

foroptimizingandupgradingmanholecoversinroadspacesareproposed.Furthermore,forthespecificplanningand

governancerequirementsofdifferentregionsandprojects,itprovidespracticalimplementationpathsandmethods,
