毕业设计(论文) 学 院 环境科学与工程学院 专 业 环 境 工 程 年级班别 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2011年6月日 Cr=2000mg/L,SS=900mg/L,流量为1140 m3/d;含络合物的废水CODCr=200mg/L,Cu=50mg/L,流量为 2100m3/d;含铜离子废水Cu2+=80mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,流量为 5700m3/d;含氰化物废水CN=100-200mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,流量为60m3/d。处理后出水达到《广东省地方标准—水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)二时段一级标准,即pH=6-9;CODCr=90mg/L;BOD5=20mg/L;SS=20mg/L;Cu2+=0.5mg /L;CN=0.3mg/L。 线路板废水种类繁多,成分复杂,主要污染物为重金属铜离子,pH变化大,对污染物彻底处理相当困难,因此对线路板废水进行清污分流,先预处理再综合处理是必要的。本设计将线路板废水分为有机废水、含络合物废水、普通含铜废水、含氰化物废水四类,采用分类处理的物化沉淀为主工艺进行处理。该方法具有工艺简单,处理效果好,构造简单,操作性强和便于维护等优点,而且方法成熟,处理成本低,是处理线路板废水比较理想的工艺。 通过对厂区的布置,该工程总的占地面积为m2,工程总投资为万元,每吨废水的运行费用是元。 Abstract The lesson of this graduate design is the process design for 9000 ton/day circuit plank wastewater.The quality of the influent organic wastewater is: CODCr=2000mg/L,SS=900mg/L,Q=1140 m3/d; The quality of the influent wastewater that contain chelated copper is: CODCr=200mg/L,Cu=50mg/L,Q= 2100m3/d;The quality of the influent wastewater that contain copper ion is: Cu2+=80mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,Q=5700m3/d.The quality of the influent wastewater that contain cyanide is:CN=100-200mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,Q=60m3/d.As a result, the quality of the discharged water can meet the Guangdong province emission limits of municipal sewage and B emission standard limits .The quality of the effluent water is: pH=6-9;CODCr=90mg/L;BOD5=20mg/L;SS=20mg/L;Cu2+=0.5mg /L;CN=0.3mg/L. The circuit plank manufacturing wastewater’s composition is various and complicated ,the mainly pollution is copper and pH is unsteady ,so it’s very difficult to deal with it completely.It’s important to classify the circuit plank wastewater ,and it’s necessary to pretreatment before deal with it synthetically. This design divide the PCB wastewater into four groups as the organic wastewater , the chelated wastewater, the wastewater containing ordinary copper and the wastewater containing cyanide .We use the physical and chemic precipitation in classifie
