英文原文 Broadband Salary System:An Innovative Sight of Salary Mode

Abstract
The problem of” the effective motivation in enterprise’s human resource management” has recently attracted the attention of many researchers from industry and academia. This paper introduced completely innovative way to solve the above problem — the broadband salary system which based on performance evaluation. By analyzing the advantages and present application of the broadband salary system, this thesis explores the design flow of the broadband salary system, and then pointed out the problems needing attention in introducing this new system.

1 Introduction
With the development of market economy and the impact of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly severe challenges. In all of these challenges, how to attract and retain employees, especially core employees, has become one of the most important issues. The most effective way to attract and retain talent is a fair and reasonable compensation system. However, the goal of the traditional remuneration system is to establish an internally consistent distribution system and provide currency support to employees who lack long-term motivation. However, this does not inspire employees enthusiasm.
