织物增深用NMA改性丙烯酸酯微乳液的合成与表征

摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(IBMA)为聚合反应单体,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯(AMA)为交联单
体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为功能单体,通过半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备了NMA改性丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了聚
合温度、乳化剂种类及用量、NMA用量对乳液稳定性和粒子大小的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为80 ℃,非离子
Tween-40/阳离子CTAC复配为乳化剂,质量分数(相对于单体质量)为4.5%,NMA质量分数(相对于单体质量)为5%
时,制备的乳液呈带蓝光半透明清亮状,平均粒径69nm,可稳定贮存6个月。该乳液可用于黑色及宝蓝色织物的增
深后整理。

Abstract:N-methylolacrylamidemodifiedacrylatesemulsionsarepreparedwithmethylmethacrylate,isobutyl
methacrylateasreactivemonomers,allymethacrylateascrosslinkingmonomerandNMAasfunctionalmono⁃
merbysemi-continuousseedemulsionpolymerization.Theeffectsofpolymerizationtemperature,emulsifier
types,emulsifiercontent,NMAcontentonstabilityandparticlesizeofemulsionarestudied.Theresultsshow
thatwhenthepolymerizationtemperatureis 80℃,theemulsifieristhemixtureofnonionicsurfactantTween-
40 andcationicsurfactantcetyltrimethylammoniumchloride (CTAC),theamountofemulsifieris 4.5%,the
amountofNMAis5%,atranslucentclearemulsionispreparedwithbluelight,themeanparticlesizeof 69 nm
andthestoragestabilityfor 6 months.Theemulsioncanbeusedasadeepeningagentforfabricsinblackand
royalblue.
