织物增深用NMA改性丙烯酸酯微乳液的合成与表征 印 染(2023No.5) 织物增深用NMA改性丙烯酸酯微乳液的合成与表征 刘小培,李中贤,宋 跃,靳瑞文,董学亮,王俊伟 (河南省科学院高新技术研究中心,河南省精细化工重点实验室,河南郑州450002) 摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(IBMA)为聚合反应单体,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯(AMA)为交联单 体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为功能单体,通过半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备了NMA改性丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了聚 合温度、乳化剂种类及用量、NMA用量对乳液稳定性和粒子大小的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为80 ℃,非离子 Tween-40/阳离子CTAC复配为乳化剂,质量分数(相对于单体质量)为4.5%,NMA质量分数(相对于单体质量)为5% 时,制备的乳液呈带蓝光半透明清亮状,平均粒径69nm,可稳定贮存6个月。该乳液可用于黑色及宝蓝色织物的增 深后整理。 关键词:增深剂;丙烯酸酯微乳液;N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺;改性 中图分类号:TS195.2 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1000-4017(2023)05-0005-05 SynthesisandcharacterizationofN-methylolacrylamidemodifiedacrylates emulsionsforfabricdeepening LIUXiaopei,LIZhongxian,SONGYue,JINRuiwen,DONGXueliang,WANGJunwei (High&NewTechnologyResearchCenterof HenanAcademyof Sciences,HenanKeyLaboratoryof FineChemicals,Zhengzhou450002,China) Abstract:N-methylolacrylamidemodifiedacrylatesemulsionsarepreparedwithmethylmethacrylate,isobutyl methacrylateasreactivemonomers,allymethacrylateascrosslinkingmonomerandNMAasfunctionalmono⁃ merbysemi-continuousseedemulsionpolymerization.Theeffectsofpolymerizationtemperature,emulsifier types,emulsifiercontent,NMAcontentonstabilityandparticlesizeofemulsionarestudied.Theresultsshow thatwhenthepolymerizationtemperatureis 80℃,theemulsifieristhemixtureofnonionicsurfactantTween- 40 andcationicsurfactantcetyltrimethylammoniumchloride (CTAC),theamountofemulsifieris 4.5%,the amountofNMAis5%,atranslucentclearemulsionispreparedwithbluelight,themeanparticlesizeof 69 nm andthestoragestabilityfor 6 months.Theemulsioncanbeusedasadeepeningagentforfabricsinblackand royalblue.
