Withtheincreasinglysevereglobalenvironmentalproblems,greenfinanceand

greentechnologyinnovationhavebecomeimportantwaystopromotethegreen

transformationofthemanufacturingindustry.Thisstudyfocusesonsmalland

medium-sizedmanufacturingenterprisesinLuoyangandexploresindepththeimpact

mechanismofgreenfinanceontheirgreentechnologyinnovation.Asanimportant

cityintheCentralPlainsEconomicZone,Luoyangsmanufacturingindustrynotonly

facesenvironmentalpollutionandresourcewasteissues,butalsohasahistorical

opportunitytoachievetransformationandupgradingthroughgreentechnology
