浅谈曳引绳安全系数的选择 摘要 本文主要通过理论分析、实例计算来研究电梯曳引绳安全系数的选择。首 先对电梯曳引绳安全系数作两种分析计算,从而引发对执行GB7588-2003《电梯 制造与安装安全规范》中计算钢丝绳安全系数的正确性;对计算得到的安全系数 与最小安全系数作比较,判断该钢丝绳的安全系数是否合标。进而通过改变不同 的参数(曳引轮或导向轮的直径、曳引钢丝绳的直径)来研究影响曳引绳安全系 数的各个因素。通过数据计算以便对电梯曳引绳安全系数的选择有更深的理解。 另外本文也对斜井曳引钢丝绳安全系数的计算方法作了一些探讨,即钢丝绳在倾 斜状态下计算出的安全系数与钢丝绳的最大张力和余留强度等有关。 关键词:电梯曳引绳 安全系数 最小安全系数 斜井提升钢丝绳 最大 张力 余留强度 常熟理工学院毕业设计(论文) Research traction rope safety coefficient choice Abstract This paper mainly through the theoretical analysis and calculation to study the elevator traction rope safety coefficient choice. Then through the change different parameters (tractive sheave or guide wheel diameter, traction the diameter of wire rope to study tractive rope safety factor of influence of various factors. Through calculating data of elevator traction rope to the safety factor of the choice is deeper understanding. In addition to this article also inclined traction wire rope safety coefficient calculation method was discussed in this paper, namely the rope under the tilt calculated from the state of safety coefficient and the biggest tension and the remaining wire rope strength of relevant.
