摘要

在全球气候变化和“双碳”目标背景下，郑州能源企业的转型升级成为实现绿色低碳发展和高质量发展的关键。本研究通过对郑州能源企业现状的深入分析，指出其在能源结构、技术创新、产业结构等方面面临的挑战与机遇。在此基础上，提出了绿色发展、技术创新、产业结构调整等转型升级策略，并探讨了政策支持与引导的重要性。研究表明，通过优化能源结构、加大清洁能源和可再生能源的投入、加强技术创新与人才培养、推动产业结构调整等措施，郑州能源企业可以有效应对“双碳”目标带来的挑战，实现绿色低碳转型。同时，政府政策的引导和支持在推动能源企业转型升级中发挥着不可替代的作用。通过制定详细的转型计划、加强人才培养与引进、建立完善的评估机制等保障措施，可以确保转型升级工作的顺利推进和取得实效。本研究不仅为郑州能源企业的转型升级提供了理论指导和实践参考，也为其他地区能源企业的绿色转型提供了有益借鉴。

ABSTRACT

Againstthebackdropofglobalclimatechangeandthedualcarbongoals,thetransformationandupgradingofenergyenterprisesinZhengzhouhasbecomethekeytoachievinggreen,low-carbon,andhigh-qualitydevelopment.Thisstudyconductsanin-depthanalysisofthecurrentsituationofenergyenterprisesinZhengzhou,pointingoutthechallengesandopportunitiestheyfaceintermsofenergystructure,technologicalinnovation,andindustrialstructure.Onthisbasis,transformationandupgradingstrategiessuchasgreendevelopment,technologicalinnovation,andindustrialrestructuringwereproposed,andtheimportanceofpolicysupportandguidancewasdiscussed.Researchhasshownthatbyoptimizingtheenergystructure,increasinginvestmentincleanandrenewableenergy,strengtheningtechnologicalinnovationandtalentcultivation,andpromotingindustrialrestructuring,Zhengzhouenergyenterprisescaneffectivelyrespondtothechallengesbroughtbythedualcarbongoalsandachievegreenandlow-carbontransformation.Meanwhile,theguidanceandsupportofgovernmentpoliciesplayanirreplaceableroleinpromotingthetransformationandupgradingofenergyenterprises.Byformulatingdetailedtransformationplans,strengtheningtalentcultivationandintroduction,establishingsoundevaluationmechanismsandothersafeguardmeasures,thesmoothprogressandeffectivenessoftransformationandupgradingworkcanbeensured.Thisstudynotonlyprovidestheoreticalguidanceandpracticalreferencefo
