锦州至大兴成品油管道工程首站工艺设计 摘要： 随着工业的发展，京津地区的能源产量已经不能满足自身发展的需要，而东北地区的成品油产量在解决自身需求之外还有大量剩余，随着锦郑成品油管道的兴建，油品向京津地区的供应也变得刻不容缓。因此，锦州到大兴成品油管道的建立在解决这些问题上有着极其重要的意义。本设计主要解决首站的设置问题。 锦州至大兴长距离成品油管道输送首站位于辽宁省锦州市，占地15公顷，主要用来接受，储存，输送来自炼厂的成品油。输油泵房的设计事本设计的重点，它的主要设备是4台KSY350—M4型输油泵，以提供足够的扬程，保证生产正常进行。 本设计由说明部分，计算部分，和绘图部分组成。 说明部分包括工程概况，技术方案的选择与论证，主要工艺设备的选择，工艺计算结果的分析，先进技术的采用及改进意见等做了详细的说明。计算部分主要包括水力计算，管径的选择，泵站数的确定和主要工艺设备的选择，混油量的计算，罐容的选择，最佳循环次数的确定以及管道强度校核，最大允许悬空度的计算。绘图部分包括管路纵断面图，首站工艺流程图，首站泵房工艺安装图等。 关键词：管道，泵站，水力计算，强度校核，混油量，罐容。 First Process Design Of Jinzhou to Daxing Product Oil Pipeline Engineering Abstract: Along with the development of the industry, the Beijing and Tianjin region of energy production have already cant meet the needs of the development of their own, and the northeast region of the refined oil yield in dealing with their own needs and a large number of surplus, as Jin Zheng products pipeline construction, the supply of oil to the Beijing-Tianjin region is also becoming urgent.
