【摘要】针对福州市长乐区因自来水厂取水口受海水倒灌、咸潮等影响造成饮用水水质下降的问题，福州市长乐区启动了净水厂

深度处理工艺改造工程。为保障有管控项目造价，论文分别从项目前期调研、可行性研究、项目设计等阶段出发，论述各阶段中相

对重要的造价管控措施，并分析了工程造价的影响因素。
