本工程基础采用静压法预应力混凝土管桩施工。选用PHC-400(90)AB-C80-24,即:桩径Φ400mm;壁厚90mm;桩砼强度等级C80;桩长24米。桩基安全等级为二级。总桩数为288根。
桩尖持力层选用土,桩身进入持力层深度不小于1米。单桩极限承载力标准值1500kN;单桩承载力特征值750kN。试桩1根。
