摘 要
本设计主要是手机外壳及其塑料成型模具设计。通过对塑件材料的了解,并进行结构及其工艺性分析,结合产品结构的工艺性,从具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、冷却系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、侧抽芯机构、注射机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。介绍了手机外壳及其塑料成型模具的结构组成及工作原理。该模具采用斜顶杆内侧抽芯和直顶杆同时顶出机构,潜伏式浇口,结构合理,运行可靠。并通过proe模拟分析软件对变形、填充、浇口、排气、冷却、压力和注射成型时间等参数进行分析和优化,预测产品在成型过程中可能出现的问题。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到手机外壳的质量和加工工艺要求。

The Design Of Mobile Phone Shell And Plastic Molding Mold
Abstract
This design mainly is the design of mobile phone shell and plastic molding mold.Through the understanding of plastic material,And carries on the structure and manufacturability analysis,Combined with the technology of product structure, starting from the specific die structure, the mold of gating system, cooling system, mold molding part of the structure, ejection system, side core-pulling mechanism, selection of injection machine and related parameters of checking all have detailed design.Introduces the design of mobile phone shell and plastic molding mold structure and working principle.The mold using inclined plunger inside core-pulling and straight push rod ejection mechanism at the same time, the latent type gate, reasonable structure, reliable operation. And through the pore simulation analysis software of deformation, filling, pouring gate, exhaust, cooling time, pressure and injection molding parameters such as analysis and optimization, forecasting products possible problems in the forming process. Through the mold design shows that the mold can achieve the quality of the mobile phone shell and processing requirements.
