学 号_ 0911111048 毕 业 论 文（设计） 课 题 阳光小区住宅楼招标文件编制 学生姓名 李康 院 部 建筑工程学院 专业班级 09土木工程（2）班 指导老师 丁 杰 二O一三 年 六月 摘要 此次招标文件内容涉及招标的范围为阳光小区住宅楼的土建部分，装饰部分和安装部分的招标，不在本次招标范围内。该住宅楼工程为地下一层和地上五层，结构采用框架结构。此次实行对外公开招标。对投标人资质要求为：房屋建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质。项目负责人资质要求：房屋建筑工程专业建造师贰级及以上，且不能有其它在建工程。招标文件主要内容包括：投标须知；合同条款；图纸；评标和定标办法；工程量清单以及必要的附件。其中工程量清单严格依据《安徽省工程量清单计价规则》中的计价办法，根据该工程施工图计算实物工程量。本文介绍了招投标的相关知识，让我们对招投标的相关内容有了一定了解。通过具体招标项目招标控制价的编制，增加对工程量清单在招标文件中运用的知识。 关键词：招标；工程量清单；招标控制价 Abstract The content of the tender documentation relates to tender for construction of sunshine residential building, part of the decoration and the installation part of the tender, not in the tender range.
