摘 要
近年来,随着社会经济的高速发展,国内居民财富得到迅猛增长。与此同时,国内居民也逐渐接受理财的观念,希望通过投资理财使自己获得更多的财富。因此,我国国内商业银行的金融理财产品逐渐增多,金融理财业务越来越扩大化,呈现从单一产品的推销向综合理财服务发展的趋势。本文从分析我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展现状及存在的问题出发,在探讨国外商业银行个人理财业务实践过程中成功经验的基础上,对国内外商业银行个人理财业务的发展进行了对比分析。并以商业银行为主体,对我国个人理财市场存在的问题,提出了关于我国商业银行个人理财业务发展的一些具体建议。国内商业银行要想大力发展金融理财业务,突破现有模式的框架,就必须更新观念,树立以客户为中心,以服务为导向的服务理念,创新经营机制,加强营销策略,加大服务体系建设,培养专业的理财人员,认真分析我国商业银行在个人理财产品研发与营销上的不足,同时加强风险管理体系的建设。

Abstract
In recent years, with the high-speed development of social economy, the wealth of domestic residents has increased rapidly. At the same time, the domestic residents also accept financial management idea gradually and they hope to make more money through the financial investment. Therefore, some of the domestic commercial banks financial products increases gradually, the financing business has also enlarged, appearing a trend that develops from a single product sales to a comprehensive financial service.
This article begins by analyzing the development history and present situation of the personal financial management business in domestic, on the base of discussing foreign commercial banks in personal financial services’ success in the practice process, and analysis the development by contrast and comparison about our domestic and foreign commercial banks personal financing business. With the commercial banks as the main part, this article put forward some concrete suggestions about the development of domestic commercial banks’ personal financing business about our personal financing market existing problems. Thus, if the domestic commercial banks hope to develop financing business vigorously, and make a breakthrough of the existing model framework, they must renew the concept, set up the customer-centric and service- oriented idea, innovate the management mechanism, strengthen the marketing strategy, enlarge t
