Backgroundinformation

Asiswellknown,thereisaverycloserelationshipbetweenfinanceandeconomic

growth.Economicgrowthisthemainbasisofthefiscalrevenuewhilethescaleofthe

fiscalexpenditurehassignificantimpactontheeconomicgrowth.Inrecenttenmore

years,duetotherevivaloftheinternationalliberaleconomicthought,thescaleof

financialexpenditureespeciallytheimpactofstructureofthefinancialexpenditureon

economicgrowth,hasattractedwideattentionoftheinternationalacademic

community.Inouressay,weconstructmodelsbasedontherealdataofGuangxi

provincefromyear1985toyear2004andanalyzetherelationshipbetweenthe

economicgrowthandfiscalexpenditurestructure.

Thestructureoffiscalexpenditureisthecombinationofthedifferentpartsofthe

fiscalexpenditureandtheproportionofthetotal.Countyfinancialexpenditurecanbe
