大学生意志力现状的调研分析

摘要：目的研究大学生意志力的现状及其影响因素。方法采用调查问卷

的方式对合肥市周边部分高校大学生意志力现状进行抽样调查分析，探求影响和

制约大学生意志力发展的因素，并客观反映其中存在的问题。结果分析大学生

意志力发展的现状不容乐观，将近六成的学生意志力薄弱，有待提高。意志力品

质的四个要素发展不均衡，相对中学阶段大学生意志力品质的自觉性有了很大的

提高，果断性、坚持性和自制性还有待加强。家庭环境、学校教育和社会风气是

大学生意志力发展的主要影响因素。结论在校大学生的意志力品质亟待加强，

家长应该从思想上重视起来，从小就为学生营造坚强自立的家庭生活环境。学校

要加大相关方面的教育投入力度，将大学生意志力训练作为大学生素质教育的一

个重要部分纳入高校教学体系

Abstract:PurposeAsurveyonthecurrentsituationofcollegestudents’

assamplesfromseveralhigherschoolsinHefeisoastoexplorethefactorsthat

influenceandrestraintstudents’willpowerdevelopment,meanwhile,toreflectthe

problemsexistinginitobjectively.ResultsanalysisThecurrentsituationofcollege

students’willpowerisfarfromoptimistic,whichshowsnearlysixinteninpoor

condition.Thedevelopmentinthefourelementsofwillpowerisimbalance.Though,

oneofit,consciousness,hasbeenmuchbetterthanthatduringthetimeofmiddle

bestrengthened.Thus,theenvironmentoffamily,theeducationofschoolandthe

conductofsocietyarethemainfactorsindevelopingcollegestudents’willpower.

ConclusionForparents,thecrucialneedofstrengtheningcollegestudents’

willpowershouldbeattachedwithgreatimportance,andafamilyenvironmentshould

trainingofcollegestudents’willpowerasavitalpartshouldbeadoptedintothe

systemofhigherschooleducation.

意志是人自觉地确定目的，并根据目的支配、调节行动，克服困难，实现

目的的心理过程。人的意志力的强弱是不同的，构成人的意志的某些比较稳定的
