The resource scheduling considered in this paper involves the supply and demand sides of each region, and solves resource optimization problems among regions. A multi-objective optimization is developed to search an optimal sche- duling model, and an algorithm for solving optimal resource scheduling is given. Finally, two ex- amples are given for verification analysis.
