金陵科技学院学士学位论文 摘要 III 上海通用汽车有限公司物流外包若干问题的探析 摘 要 当今时代，物流外包已经成为企业塑造核心竞争力，有效利用社会专业化资源的方式之一。目前我国的汽车制造业产品丰富、竞争激烈，市场化程度也比较高。为了提高竞争力，降低经营成本，越来越多的汽车制造商开始尝试物流外包。 从物流外包的理论着手，结合上海通用汽车有限公司的发展策略及企业发展现状，通过调查上海通用汽车有限公司的物流活动，分析其物流外包决策和第三方物流企业管理，指出了当前存在于物流外包中的问题，同时结合物流外包的基本原理，提出有针对性的改进建议。本文可以为上海通用汽车有限公司物流发展的完善和改进提供了依据和参考，对于其他汽车企业进行自身的物流方式和物流发展战略的改进也具有一定的参考价值。 关键词：物流;物流外包 金陵科技学院学士学位论文 Abstract IV Analysis of Certain Questions in the Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd. Logistics Outsourcing Abstract Today,logistics Outsourcing is shaping enterprise core competitiveness, and it is one of the ways of efficiently using of specialized resources. The automotive industry is rich in products and highly competitive in our country; it is a higher degree of marketization. to improve competitiveness, reduce operating costs,more and more car manufacturers have already tried to outsource their logistics activities. This paper analyses the decision-making of logistics outsourcing and management of third-party logistics (TPL) company, and points out that the current problems existing in logistics outsourcing, based on the theory of logistics outsourcing, combined with Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd.development strategy and its status quo, through inspection and analysis logistics activities in Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd. It applies the general principles of outsourcing theory, and puts forward specific suggestions for change and improvement. It provides a basis and reference for modifying and improving the logistics development strategy in Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd. It also has reference values for examining and improving their own logistics ways and development strategy for the other car manufacturers.
