In order to carry out the specific requirements and regulations for the implementation of the new standard, the article introduces the standard, including the purpose of revision,the differences between new standard and the original industry standard, the situation of the verification test,the determination of main technical indexes and test methods, Moreover, the relevant standards, procedures and test methods at home and abroad are compared.
