摘 要
预应力混凝土连续梁桥是预应力桥梁中的一种,它具有整体性能好、结构刚度大、变形小、抗震性能好,特别是主梁变形挠曲线平缓,桥面伸缩缝少,行车舒适等优点。加上这种桥型的设计施工均较成熟,施工质量和施工工期能得到控制,成桥后养护工作量小。预应力混凝土连续梁的适用范围一般在150m以内,上述种种因素使得这种桥型在公路、城市和铁路桥梁工程中得到广泛采用。
本设计采用装配式简支T梁结构,主要计算主桥的边梁,采用的标准跨径为35m,使用后张法施工工艺制作主梁,荷载等级为Ⅱ级。在设计中通过主梁内力计算、应力钢筋的布置、主梁截面强度与应力验算等等设计,完美地构造了一座装配式预应力混凝土简支T梁桥,所验算完全符合要求,本设计重点突出了预应力在桥梁中的应用,这也正体现了我国桥梁的发展趋势。

Abstract
Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is one of the pre-stress Bridges, it has good performance, the whole structure stiffness big, distortion and seismic performance is good, especially the main line gently bending deformation, bridge deck less expansion joints, driving comfort, etc. Plus this with the design and construction of the bridge are more mature, construction quality and construction period can get control, after the bridge maintenance workload small. Prestressed concrete continuous beam, the scope of application of general in the 150 m, within the above all sorts of factors makes this bridge in highway, railway bridge engineering, cities and widely used.
This design uses the fabricated the simply supported beam structure T, main calculation of main side beams, the standard span of 35 m, use a method construction craft manufacture girders, load level for Ⅱ level. In the design of main girder internal force calculation, stress by steel girder layout, strength and stress checking and so on section design, perfectly constructed a fabricated prestressed concrete simply-supported T bridge, checking fully meet the requirements, the design key highlighted in the application of prestressed bridge, it also reflects the development trend of the Bridges in our country.
