He remains a significant force in modern fiction, both for his artistic work and his innovative vision. Created in the early 20th century. The Rainbow by him is the highest achievement of the author in writing. One theme threading in this work is the exposure of the disastrous influence the modern industrial civilization had on human nature, proposing the necessary connection between human beings. This thesis tries to explore the alienated phenomenon in The Rainbow.
