第一章前言

1.1任务说明

1.1.1课程设计基础资料

线路板生产过程中的废覆铜板中含有相当数量的铜,从覆铜板中分离和回收铜具有显著的经济效益,并能有效节约和保护资源。考虑到回收工艺的经济性和环保要求,设计高效、稳定和环保的分选处理方案非常关键。从电子废物的成分和回收利用现状出发,考虑到废覆铜板成分较为简单,机械和物理分选具有明显的优势,工业应用上提倡采用多级破碎和物理分选相结合的回收利用方案。分选得到铜米和胶粉,分别进入相应的冶炼和加工成新的产品。

通过对废覆铜板的初步分析,覆铜板中的Cu含量约为18%,其他为胶粉。

分选系统生产能力为20t/d,日工作时间为20h。

1.1.2设计内容

(1)、分选各环节的物料平衡计算与特性分析

(2)、废覆铜板破碎分选处理系统的总体设计

(3)、废覆铜板的破碎和分选设备的计算和选型

(4)、各类物料的输送设备的计算和选型

(5)、分选处理过程环保处理系统(废水和废气处理)

1.1.3设计要求

根据规划和所给的其他原始资料,设计相应处理系统,具体内容包括:

1、确定处理系统的工艺流程,选择处理构筑物并通过计算确定其尺寸(附必要的草图);

2、处理厂的工艺平面布置图,内容包括:标出处理厂的范围、全部处理构筑物及辅助建
