An exciting trip By Norma NCE2 During last summer holidays, I had a trip to Beijing with my parents. We had an exciting trip there. The trip took us five days. On the first day, we got up early and went to the Great Wall. We climbed thousands of steps and took many pictures on the wall. It’s so great and splendid! After we returned from the Great Wall, we went to the Palace Museum. There are lots of art works in it. On the second day, we went to the Forbidden City. We visited several ancient buildings in which the emperors had lived for many years. From there, we took a subway to go shopping on a well-known street called Wangfujing. On the last day, we went to the Summer Palace. We spent the whole day traveling on a boat. I think the Summer Palace is a huge garden.
