Abstract:

Livertransplantationisacommonmethodfortreatingliver

diseases,butacuterejectionmayoccuraftersurgery.Thisarticleaims

toexploretheexpressionandsignificanceofTNF-αandIL-2inacute

rejectionafterlivertransplantation.Wewillinvestigaterelevant

literatureinrecentyears,analyzethemechanismsandexpressionof

TNF-αandIL-2inacuterejectionafterlivertransplantation,andtheir

significanceinthedisease.ResultsshowthatTNF-αandIL-2playan

importantroleinacuterejectionafterlivertransplantation,theycan

stimulatetheimmunesystemresponse,andparticipateinTcell

secretion,leadingtoattackthetransplant.Inaddition,studieshave

shownthattheincidenceofrejectioncanbereducedbyinhibitingthe

expressionofTNF-αandIL-2.Therefore,studyingtheexpressionand

mechanismsofTNF-αandIL-2inacuterejectionafterliver

transplantationisveryimportantforimprovingpost-transplantation

therapeuticeffects.
