GM型离心式鼓风机组轴位移量增大原因分析与处理
摘要:针对GM型离心式鼓风机组在运行过程中,轴位移量随润滑油温度升高而急剧增大,并出现报警故障,采取一定的措施控制润滑油温度,从而减小轴位移量。重点对大齿轮、齿轮轴推力面磨损导致轴位移量增大的原因进行分析,提出了镶圆环热装修复推力面的方案,保证了机组的正常运行。

Reason Analysis of Shaft Displacement Increased in GM Centrifugal Blower Unit and Treatment
Abstract: The shaft displacement will increase rapidly while the lubricating oil temperature rise and the failure will be alarmed in the operating process of GM centrigugal blower unit. Aiming at this situation, we can reduce the shaft replacement by controuing the lubricating oil temperature. The shaft displacement increased due to thrust surface wear of large gears and gear shaft is especially analyzed. The thrust surface can be repaired by inlaying hot ring to ensure the unit running normally.

大冶有色冶炼厂GM25H-11型离心式空气压缩机,主要为澳炉喷枪套筒提供用风。主要技术参数:流量为7 800Nm3/h,进气压力为0.098MPa(绝压),排气压力0.218MPa(绝压),低速轴转速2 980r/min,高速轴转速28 736r/min。配套10 000V高压电机,功率为400kW,型号YSK450-2。自2010年12月投产使用以来,机组运行较平稳,各项技术参数基本正常。2011年11月运行过程中,机组轴位移量持续增大,达到报警值(0.5mm),停机对增速机检查发现高速齿轮轴推力面磨损严重。

In November 2011 during operation, the unit axis displacement increases continuously, achieve alarm value (0.5 mm), and machine downtime for growth examination showed high speed gear shaft thrust surface wear.
