摘 要
由于LED广阔的应用前景,对LED的质量和要求也不断的提高,所以对LED参数的也提出了更高的要求。LED lamps and lanterns remote control test system design and production-- single-chip microcomputer control unit
Abstract
Because the LED broad application prospects of the quality and LED, request also improving the various parameters, so for the detection of LED also put forward higher request. In order to better save labor, this design for the company to design a targeted specifically at LED lamp of infrared testing system. Should the company requirement, we need to design a simple intelligent remote detection system. This system consists of infrared emission part and infrared receiving components. Waiting for the detection of LED lights for the center, 4 meters when launching end 1 detect signal will generate an infrared signal is sent to LED lights, LED lights if the says LED lamp can receive corresponding launch of the infrared signal position. The 2 and launch terminal launch three repeat the operation is ok, if three launch of the infrared signal LED lights fired all can receive and display the corresponding phenomenon, said the LED lights, achieved the enterprise requirements can be brought into sales index. Conversely this LED lamp is unqualified, give fall into disuse. The accuracy of the measurement methods, repeatability, reliability and test efficiency compared with traditional test methods have significantly improved, can more effective to reduce costs.
