If a company is struggling with PPAP, there is a direct linkage to their Advanced Quality Planning effort. The goal is to perform the PPAP requirements throughout the AQP process. The focus of this course is to better understand the PPAP Requirements, Customer Notification and Submission Requirements, Submission to Customer, levels of Evidence, Part Submission Status, and Record Retention. Experience has shown that it is more effective to combine the training and the application of that training to a real life project. Assign each member with a element(S) of PPAP AQP is the driving force as it relates to accomplishing all PPAP Process requirements.
