学年论文 论文题目 中国高新技术产品出口现状及对策 姓 名 胡涛 学 号 1010921202 所在学院 经济与政法学院 专业班级 10国贸二班 指导教师 曹娟 日 期 2013年11月25日 [中国高新技术产品出口现状及对策] 摘要 当今世界高新技术产品出口已成为衡量一国国际竞争力的重要指标，高新技 术产品出口对一国经济发展有着重要影响，是一国经济的重要支撑点。随着经济 全球化的迅速发展,我国高新技术产业被纳入世界高新技术产业链中,成为世界高新技术产品的加工制造和采购中心。目前,我国高新技术产品出口绝对额已上升到世界第 5 位,是唯一进入前5 名的发展中国家。但在高速增长的背后却隐藏着我们不容忽视的隐忧，可以毫不夸张地说，中国只是一个制造大国，而非技术大国。从国际方面来看，面临着严峻的知识产权纠纷和技术性贸易壁垒,从国内方面看,通过 FDI 的技术外溢效应发展自主核心技术产品出口的效果不理想;同时各技术领域出口发展极不平衡;缺乏自主核心技术,核心技术和关键部件严重依赖进口,表现出极强的对外依附性;高新技术知识产权保护意识薄弱等问题给出口的健康发展带来了风险。本文首先分析了发展高新技术产品出口对经济的影响，世界范围内高新技术产品贸易的发展趋势；接着分析我国高新技术产品出口现状，剖析我国高新技术产品出口存在的问题，进而提出促进我国高新技术企业发展高新技术产品出口、提高出口竞争力的对策。 关键词: 高新技术产品 ，出口贸易 ，发展对策 [Chinese hi-tech products export present situation and the countermeasures] Abstract Highnew tech products export has now playing more im portant role in measuring a nation’s in ternational competitiven ess. It is an important su pporting point for national econom y. With the rapid developm ent of the econom ic globalization, China’ s highnew tech industry was brought into the world high-tech industry chain, and becam e the process i ng and purchasing cent er in the w orld. Now , the absolu te amount of the export products has ascending up to the fifth in the world. However , we can’ t neglect the troubles be hind the high-speed increase. The products export is now facing severe intellectual property dispute and technology barrier in the international ma rket; tech nology overflows from foreign d i rect investm e nt doesn’ t ma ke a positiv e impact on the export of our own core tec hnical products; the developm ents of the different technical fields are unbalanced; products export are strongly dependent on foreign investme nt companies, and core t echnique and key com pone nts rely on im port; moreover , the awaren es s of highne w tech inte llec t ual pro perty pr otec tion is weak.
