摘要:风扇广泛应用于冰箱、空调等家用电器中,其性能尤其是噪音是影响整个家电产品性能的重要因素。为实
现风扇进行的低噪音和小型化设计,提出了将流场计算、噪音源分析和流动噪音分析想结合的轴流风扇噪音分析
的数值仿真方法,噪音源和流动噪音分析通过Ffowcs-Williams and Hawkings模型进行计算,并开发了三维
风扇优化设计软件。并在家电产品中最常用的轴流风扇、贯流风扇和离心风扇中进行应用,取得了良好的效果。
结果表明,所提出的风扇数值仿真方法和所开发的风机优化设计软件可以应用于家用电器中常用风扇的优化设
计,作为风扇高效率、低噪音、小型化、大风量设计的有效工具。

Abstract:Fans are widely applied in home appliances such as refrigerator, air conditioner, et al, whose
performance, especially noise level, is one of the main factors that determines the whole products. in order
to improve the optimal design of fans, it is presented the design process assisted by computer simulation
by integrated the flow fluid simulation and noise source and flow noise simulation. The flow field can be
calculated with 3-dimensional CFD solver, and the noise source and flow noise is calculated with Ffowcs-
Williams and Hawkings equations. This method and software are applied to analyze the flow field and
flow noise of the axial fan, cross flow fan and centrifugal fan in home appliances, and the simulation
results agree well with the experimental data. These results show t
