摘要：文章通过深入研究沙特阿美马赞项目沙特境外合同(OOK)下海洋平台建造执行阶段的焊接管理，重点分析了其

对焊接工艺评定及焊工考试执行的特殊要求，强调了在焊接管理中项目合同的重要性和法律思维应用的必要性，从技

术、合同、管理和法律方面总结出值得借鉴的经验教训和应对策略，为今后沙特阿美项目执行中焊接管理的可持续性改

进提供参考，为公司的国际化发展提供铺垫。
