摘 要 随着社会经济的发展以及群众生活水平的提升，房建工程的数量与规模都在持续提升，同时面对着更高的

质量要求。为提升房建工程的施工质量，发挥其社会效益与经济效益，企业就需要从观念、制度、落实等多个角度

加强房建工程的项目管理与成本管理，促进建筑行业的长远可持续发展。本文首先阐述项目管理与成本管理在房建

工程建设中的价值，然后结合房建工程中的实际情况与工作经验，总结房建工程项目管理与成本管理中存在的问

题，并提出相应的解决办法。
