onSTM32microcontrollerisdesigned.Thesystemconsistsof

amassagebed,ahand-heldmassagedevice,andacontrolunit.

ThecontrolunitincludesanSTM32microcontroller,atouch

screendisplay,andvarioussensors.Themassagebedis

equippedwithvibrationmotorstoprovidemassagetothe

usersbody.Thehand-heldmassagedeviceisusedtotarget

specificbodypartsandprovidesadeepermassage.Thesystem

iscapableofprovidingavarietyofmassagemodesand

intensities,whicharecontrolledbythetouchscreendisplay.

Thesensorsprovidereal-timefeedbackontheusersposition

andpressure,allowingforacustomizedmassageexperience.

Theresultsshowthatthesystemcaneffectivelyrelieve

musclesorenessandimprovebloodcirculation,providinga

comfortableandrelaxingmassageexperience.
