本文为了在电缆生产中提高生产效率,保持系统稳定可靠运行,提供可靠便利的控制手段。在工程中,对原系统中关键部分进行国产化设计,牵引张力控制将原直流传动系统改进为主从式变频交流调速牵引张力控制系统;讨论了电缆悬垂度的在线测控技术,适用于现场分布参数变化较大的场合,方法新颖,具有实用性和普适性;采用PLC和DCS混合控制系统作为主控制策略,具有配置灵活、测量准确、控制协调、性能可靠和维护方便等优势,使悬链式交联电缆生产自动控制达到很高的自动化水平。
设计内容包括交联电缆生产技术现状综述;对交联电缆生产牵引张力控制系统的研究,重点分析了张力控制系统的方案;在线测控的悬垂控制器设计,确定接收和发射装置的线路设计。

ABSTRACT
This thesis aimed at higher efficiency, stable and reliable operation and convenient control in cable production . The key of the former system was designed according to the fact of china in the project. The draught-tension control system adopted a primary-secondary Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency control system instead of speed governing system of direct current; The on-line measurement control technique of pendency of cable was discussed, and the equipment for this technique was developed; the equipment also can adjust itself to kinds of cables and the situation where parameter of capacitance change; the method is new, and it can be applied several other facets. In the project we adopted a PLC-DCS combined hybrid control method with the merits of flexible configuration. Accurate measurement, coordinated control, reliable performance and convenient maintenance, achieving a higher automation level of XLpe cable Manufacture.
The content of the paper includes the present state of technique of XIpe cable Manufacture, includes the research on the draught-tension control system, focusing on scheme; includes the design of the on-line measurement control technique of pendency of cable.
