内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)题 目:基于PLC控制的七层乘客电梯系统设计学生姓名:学 号:专 业:自动化班 级:指导教师:基于PLC控制的七层乘客电梯系统设计摘要近几年以来,随着科学技术突飞猛进的发展,人们的生活格调也随之提升了很多,与此同时供人们日常所居的智能建筑物也是平地而起,有了高层的智能建筑物的出现,用来传运乘客以及货物的电梯当然是必不可少,不论是垂直升降运输还是倾斜升降运输的电梯系统,都与现代化的生活所息息相关。随着全球人口的增多以及能源的消耗过度,人们也不再只是简单的考虑乘坐电梯的方便性,更多的放眼与在电梯系统的设计过程中是否安全,各方面性能指标是否优越,是否节省能耗等诸多方面。随着智能电梯系统的的发展进程,电梯系统的设计过程开始使用PLC技术,剔除了最初出现的继电器控制技术的不足之处,例如最初的继电器的连线多而且复杂,体积过于笨重,功率消耗严重等。与之相比PLC因为具有较高的抗干扰性,低能耗,可拓展性高等因素,被控制技术领域所频繁的运用。该设计中的电梯控制技术所使用的可编程控制器起很重要的作用。在设计初期先以内蒙古科技大学自动化专业实验室内所陈设的现有的四层电梯模型作为设计控制基础,从而搭建起七层电梯系统。在该设计中选用西门子S7 200系列,STEP 7等软件编辑控制。在具体的设计操作中,经过对电梯实际运行的工作原理和工作机制等的学习,通过STEP 7对系统进行程序的控制编程,以此来完成电梯在运行中实现厅门的控制,电梯内外的选层,內呼外呼的运行,楼层位置与上下指示灯的显示,平层监控等功能。关键字:电梯,可编程控制器,STEP 7-Micro/WIN,变频器passenger elevator PLCcontrol systemIn recent years, with the development of science and technology , peoples life style has been improved a lot.At the same time,intelligent buildings is also improved inpeoples daily lives.With the emergence of high-level intelligentbuildings,transporting passengers and cargo elevator,whether it is a vertical transportation or sloping elevator elevator system, is essential and closely related to modern life.Along with the increase of world population and the excessive energy consumption, people are no longer simply consider the convenience of elevator, but also more control the process of the design of the elevator systems safe whether all aspects of performance index is superior or whether to save energy consumptionand many other aspects.With the development of the intelligent elevator system process, the design of elevator systems process begin to use PLC technology, excluding the first relay control technology, the disadvantages of the original relay attachment is more complex, for example, too heavy volume, power consumption is serious and so on.Because compared with PLC has high anti-interference, low energy consumption, higher factor can expand sex, are frequently used by control technology.Elevator control technology used
