摘 要
近20年来.我国数控技术和数控机床走过了引进技术、消化吸收和实现产业化的历程。目前.数控机床己经成为机床行业的新的经济增长点.发展迅速,正方兴未艾。
应用数控技术对C A 6140普通车床进行自动化和精密化的改装,改装技术主要为:在车床上附加数控装置和执行元件,选择合适的机床伺服系统和计算机系统等.结果表明:经改造后的机床完全能实现加工外圆、锥度、螺纹、端面等的自动控制,提高了原机床的生产效率,降低了劳动强度采用数控技术改造的有效途径.术对企业原有机床进行改造,即发展经济型的数控机床是当前工矿企业的成功之路。

Abstract
In the recent 20 years.Our country numerical control technology and the numerical control engine bed passed through the introduction technology, the digestion have absorbed and realize the industrial production course. At present.Numerical control engine bed oneself after becomes the engine bed profession the new economical point of growth.Develops rapidly,Is being on the rise.
The application numerical control technology 6140 conventional lathes carries on automated and the precision re-equipping to C the A, the re-equipping technology mainly is:Attaches the numerical control installment and the functional element on the lathe, chooses the appropriate engine bed servosystem and the computer system and so on.The result indicated that,Definitely can realize the processing outer annulus, the taper, the thread, the end surface after the transformation engine bed and so on the automatic control, enhanced the original engine bed production efficiency, reduced the labor intensity to use the numerical control technology to carry on the transformation to the enterprise original engine bed, namely the development economy numerical control engine bed was the current industry and mining enterprise engine bed technological transformations effective way.
