毕业论文(设计) 题 目 第三方物流服务商的选择 　 学生姓名 丁浩真 专业班级物流管理2007-1 所在院系　　 　　管 理 学 院　　　　　 指导教师 陈 娜 职 称　　讲 师 所在单位 管理学院物流管理教研室 教研室主任　　　　　　 　 　　 　　　 　 完成日期 2011 年6月30日 摘要 第三方物流Third Party LogisticsTPL)是在物流业务外包的基础上由供方与需方以外的专业物流服务公司以契约或合同的方式为物流需求企业提供物流服务的业务模式(TPL)是由供需双方以外的从事物流服务的企业提供物流服务的一种业务模式。TPL 独立于供需双方,通过与双方的合作来提供专业化的物流服务。供需双方以合同的形式将部分或整体物流业务全权委托给TPL,不再直接参与物流活动。对TPL服务商的选择不同于对一般的物流服务商的选择,要考虑的因素更多,复杂程度也更高。因此,供应链条件下选择合适的第三方物流服务商对于增强企业乃至供应链的整体竞争能力具有重要的意义。 目前,针对第三方物流服务商的选择研究并不多。对第三方物流服务商的选择研究可分为两类,一类是通过构建评价指标体系建立数学模型进行评价选择。马雪芬等建立了集成AHP和模糊综合评价的方法评价选择TPL;刘志英等通过建立一级模糊综合评价方法建立了评价模型; 魏众等利用判断矩阵的方法来建立了评价模型等。从研究角度来看,这一类研究是基于指标体系的选择, 认为只要考虑这些指标, 再通过数学分析就可以合理地选择TPL。但是,实际中往往由于物流外包方与第三方物流之间没有达成一定的共同远景会导致合作失败。因此,我们要重新定性的思考。另一类是通过建立选择流程为我们提供了一套选择物流服务商的流程,但是又缺少定量的评价分析。本文在前人研究的基础上,构建了一个定性与定量相结合的两阶段选择模型:第一阶段是基于三个因素的定性思考,第二阶段是基于定性分析的评价指标体系构建,并通过数学模型分析为物流外包方提供科学、合理的决策依据。 关键词：第三方物流服务商 选择 现状　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ABSTRACT Third-party logistics (Third Party LogisticsTPL) is in the logistics outsourcing, based on the supply side and demand-side by the outside professional logistics service company contract or contracts the way for the logistics needs of enterprises to provide logistics services business model.  Third Party Logistics (TPL) is engaged in both supply and demand logistics services other than the provision of logistics services companies a business model. TPL independent of both supply and demand, through the cooperation with the parties to provide professional logistics services. Both supply and demand in the form of the contract logistics business in part or whole consigned to the TPL, no longer directly involved in logistics activities. TPL service provider of choice is different from the general choice of logistics service providers, to consider additional factors, complexity is also higher.
