片区开发项目投融资模式选择研究

摘要：投资项目可行性研究是固定资产投资活动的一项基础性工作，可行性研究结论是投资决策的重要依

据。在片区开发建设项目可行性研究论证时，如何探索适合的投融资模式是其主要研究问题。本文通过借

鉴国内片区开发试点项目可行性研究的有益经验，分析几种常规的投融资模式，总结开发过程中的风险及

控制要点，帮助投融资主体在新时代新环境下做好科学决策，促进片区开发和高质量发展。

Abstract:Thefeasibilitystudyofinvestmentprojectisabasicworkoffixed-assetinvestment,andthe

conclusionoffeasibilitystudyisanimportantbasisforinvestmentdecisions.Forfeasibilitystudyofthe

developmentandconstructionprojectsofthearea,howtoexploresuitableinvestmentandfinancingmodes

isthemainresearchproblem.Bydrawingonthebeneficialexperienceofthefeasibilitystudyofdomestic

regionaldevelopmentpilotprojects,thispaperanalyzesseveralconventionalinvestmentandfinancing

modes,extractstherisksandcontrolpointsinthedevelopmentprocess,sothattheinvestmentandfinancing

subjectscanmakescientificdecisionsintheneweraandnewenvironment,andpromotethedevelopmentof

theregionandthehigh-qualitydevelopment.
