YoumayhavemultipleGoToMeetingversionsinstalledfromWindowsInstaller(MSI)filesonyour

computer.TheactiveversionissetbyyourGoToMeetingadministratoronourGoToMeetingserver.Ifthe

activeversionisnotavailableonyourcomputer,itwillbeautomaticallydownloadedandinstalledwhen

youloginandstartasession.TorunsessionsusingtheversioninstalledbytheMSI,yourGoToMeeting

accountmusthavethesameversionsetontheserver.

Note:IfmultipleversionsofGoToMeetingareinstalledonyourcomputerfromtheGoToMeetingwebsiteandfromtheMSIfile,

uninstallingtheMSIfilemayremoveallexistingversionsofGoToMeeting.
