- PAGE I - 本科毕业设计 (20 届) 显微视频图像的编码与压缩 所在学院 专业班级 电子信息科学与技术 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 PAGE II PAGE III 摘 要 【摘要】显微视频图像是通过数码显微镜采集的高清图像序列,该图像序列具有高分辨率,数据量大等特点,因此对显微视频图像进行有效的压缩以节省存储空间,方便网络传输是目前图像编码压缩领域的研究热点。本文首先通过分析介绍传统的静态图像编码压缩方案的压缩性能,以及各个方案在压缩显微视频图像方面的优缺点,然后分析了H.264的编码框架与算法结构,分析判断H.264诸多新功能在编码压缩显微视频图像的实效,最后结合显微视频图像的特点,简化H.264编码器,提出了一种基于H.264的低复杂度的面向网络传输的显微视频图像编码压缩方案。通过实验测试验证,在保证视频图像质量的前提下该方案能够实现203:1的压缩比,同时编码压缩好是比传统H.264编码节约33%的时间,基本满足网络传输实时性的要求。 【关键词】显微视频图像;H.264;低复杂度;编码压缩 Abstract 【ABSTRACT】The microscope video pictures are sampled by the digital microscope, which have the feature of high resolution and huge data volume. Thus coding and compression the microscope video pictures efficiently, in order to save the store space and facilitate network transmission,is one of the popular research direction of the image coding and compression area. In this thesis we first introduce the traditional still image compression arithmetic’s performance when they work on the microscope video pictures, then we analyze the encoder and arithmetic’s structure to judge the actual influence of the H.264 new added features on coding and compression microscope video pictures, last we combine the microscope video pictures’ characteristics to simplify the H.264 codec and propose a H.264 based low complexity network-oriented microscope video pictures’ coding and compression scheme.
