分 类 号： TP391 学号： 学号：12345678910 本科毕业论文 电子商务环境下财务管理创新研究 The electronic commerce environment of financial management innovation research 姓 名： 专 业： 会计学 指导教师姓名： 邢丽微 指导教师职称： 讲 师 2016年1月摘要 电子商务在使得企业内外的信息沟通变得快捷、高效、低成本的同时，对企业的反应速度、创新能力和管理效率等提出了前所未有的要求，尤其对传统的企业财务管理模式的冲击，电子商务的兴起和发展，为企业财务活动构建了一个新的平台，提供了新的空间和机会，也对现有企业财务管理的环境、理论、方法产生了极大的冲击，对企业财务管理问题提出了挑战。本文通过对财务管理模式的内涵及变化因素的阐述，分析电子商务环境下财务管理模式的基本特征，指出企业财务管理模式创新的着力点，明确了未来财务管理发展的新方向。 关键词 ：电子商务 企业财务管理 模式创新 Abstract E-commerce so that the information inside and outside the enterprise communication has become fast, efficient, low cost, while the reaction rate of the enterprise, innovation and management efficiency made an unprecedented, in particular the impact on the traditional business model of financial management, electronic the rise and development of business, corporate finance activities to build a new platform that provides a new space and opportunities, but also to existing enterprise financial management environment, theories, methods had a tremendous impact on enterprise financial management problems challenges. This paper describes the connotation and the management of financial variables, analyzes the basic characteristics of e-business environment of financial management, noting that corporate financial management model innovation focus, a clear new direction for the future development of financial management.
