【摘要】目的：评价对重症高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎患者采用组合式血液化技术治疗的临床效果。方法：

2022年12月—2023年12月，筛选在我院接受治疗护理的79例重症高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎患者，按照随机数

表方式将所选患者分为两组，分别命名为对照组(39例)和研究组(40例)，对照组接受常规血液灌流治疗，研究组

接受组合式血液化技术治疗，比较两组治疗前后血常规指标和炎性因子指标的差值。结果：研究组治疗前后白细胞计

数、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数和血小板计数的差值均高于对照组(Pv0.05)；研究组治疗前后C反应蛋白、降

钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-a和白细胞介素-6的差值均高于对照组，对比差异有统计价值(Pv0.05)。结论：组合式血液

化技术用于重症高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎患者中，能够较好地恢复患者的血常规和炎性因子指标，在临床中有较

高的应用价值，有在临床中进行广泛推荐的价值。
