闽楠裸根移栽关键技术的研究   摘 要: 以闽楠(Phoebe bournei)幼苗为研究对象,将其幼苗作三种不同处理后裸根移栽到试验苗圃,其中处理一为幼苗根部浸泡在由水、土、ABT生根粉、保水剂及粘合剂配成的泥浆水中30 min;处理二为幼苗根部浸泡在由水、土、保水剂和粘合剂配成的泥浆水中30 min;处理三对照组为幼苗根部浸泡在由水、土配成的泥浆水中30 min。定植养护三个月后统计成活率、测量植株株高、胸径,并取其新生叶片,检测水分、叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量指标。结果表明:闽楠幼苗根部经在由水、土、ABT生根粉、保水剂及粘合剂配成的泥浆水中浸泡30 min后,移栽成活率最高,同时这种移栽苗相比其他两种处理,苗木相对长势快,叶片中光合色素含量高,可溶性糖含量高,蛋白质含量高,是较适合生产上规模化应用的方法。   关键词: 闽楠;裸根移栽;叶绿素;可溶性糖   中图分类号:S792 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1004-3020(2018)01-0010-04   Research Progress in Key Techniques of Transplanting Naked Root of Phoebe   Liu Dahui(1) Fei Yongjun (2) Kuang Hongling (1) Zhu Yingwu (1) Yu Feng (1) Du Dan (1) Wang Kun (1)   (1.Faye Ecological Environment Group Co. The root of the seedlings was soaked in water, soil, ABT rooting powder, water retaining agent and stick The mixture was treated with water, soil, water retaining agent and binder in the mud water for 30min. At the same time, Treatment, seedling relative growth is fast, leaves in the light and high pigment content, high soluble sugar content, high protein content, is the most suitable for large-scale production of the application method.
