河北省旅游民宿空间分布特征及影响因素分析

摘要

旅游民宿作为乡村旅游的重要物质载体，以独特的建筑及装饰风格、区域文化集中表现以及个性化旅客

服务等特征获得旅游市场的青睐，并在多地形成了集群分布态势。但作为一种旅游新业态，因其市场需

求的不同导致空间分布上极不均衡。基此，本研究使用Octopus数据采集技术获取了截至2024年3月20

日河北省11个地市正常营业的旅游民宿POI数据，并利用距离最邻近指数、核密度估算等分析方法，分

别对河北省旅游民宿空间分布特征、影响因素问题进行了分析。研究发现：河北省旅游民宿空间分布呈

“以市区为中心，各市均有旅游民宿集聚点，且每个集聚点集聚效果显著”形态；旅游资源是影响旅游

民宿空间分布的最主要因素，旅游民宿空间分布具有严重的景区依赖性，森林覆盖率、交通可达性等对

民宿空间分布均无影响。对旅游民宿的空间分布特征及影响因素进行研究，丰富了旅游民宿研究内容，

对优化河北省旅游民宿空间布局并促进其高质量均衡发展提供参考。
