金属材料型3D打印机设计
摘要
在近几年来,随着制造业的蓬勃发展,快速成型技术的研究和开发一直以来都受到全世界机械制造领域的高度重视,从目前社会对于快速成型技术最火热的设备话题就是3D打印机,随着这几年3D打印机的不断发展与完善,很多通过传统加工难以甚至不能实现的加工零件在3D打印技术的基础上得到了实现。然而,纵观现有的3D打印机,大多的都只能对某些合成材料进行3D打印,比如:弹性塑料(EP)、聚乳酸(PLA)等,能对大多数金属材料进行3D打印的设备极少,而在现代社会,不管是哪个领域对金属材料都有极大的需求,因此,研发一款能对金属材料进行3D打印的设备显得格外有意义。
本文围绕快速原型技术之一----选择性激光烧结技术(SLS)展开研究,以SLS技术为核心原理对打印机的结构做出了设计。内容包括金属粉末激光烧结快速成型技术的工艺原理,工序流程。其次分析了SLS工艺的参数对打印制件的影响,包括激光的功率、扫描的速度、扫描方式和每一层的厚度等。最后对如何实现驱动3D打印机各轴的运动做了设计,其中包括定位系统步进电机的选择计算和控制电路部分单片机的应用做了详细介绍。

Abstract
In?recent years,?with the rapid?development of manufacturing industry , the research and development of?rapid prototyping technology?has attracted?great attention in the world?in the field of ?machinery manufacturing . At present, The most popular ?in the society? of rapid prototyping?equipment?is?3D printer . With the past few years of the development and perfect of 3 D printers, many traditional machining parts which are difficult to achieve have been ?realized ?on? 3D printing technology . But on the current ?market, ?especially in the domestic market ,? 3D printing?products?almostly?are limited to?non-metallic materials, for example, such as ?elastic plastic (EP), poly lactic acid (PLA) and so on. The equipment that can make 3D printing for most metals is rare. In the modern society, No matter which field has a great demand for metal materials . Therefore, developing an 3D printing on metal materials equipment is meaningful.
This paper revolves around one of the rapid prototyping technology( selective laser sintering technology (SLS) )study, and make a design of the structure of the printer based on ?SLS technology. It includes process principle of ?powder?laser sintering technology and technological process.
