摘 要
发电厂是电力系统的重要组成部分,关系到电力系统的稳定运行。本设计主要是发电厂综合自动化系统的设计,最终实现无人值守升压站综合自动化功能。就发电厂而言,出于运行方式灵活的需要,许多发电厂在厂内设置主要由高压配电装置、高压母线、变压器、传输线等组成的升压站,其相应的网络控制、保护、远动等设备构成了升压站二次系统。升压站控制系统具有就地和远方控制及监视的功能。可在升压站保护小室内控制、监视系统设备,也可在升压站就地进行断路器、隔离刀闸的操作。系统采用分散分布式配置,采取系统功能下放;实行双总线,实时网冗余配置及双控制卡配置,进一步提高系统的可靠性;系统各部件之间采用局域网及光纤通信方式,保证了通信速率及资源共享。
本设计主要是针对小型火电厂设计的,主要包括一次系统的设计、二次系统的设计以及监控系统的实现。一次系统设计包括四部分,分别是主变发电机选型、电气主接线确定、短路电流计算、电气设备选型;二次系统设计包括主变保护、线路保护以及防雷接地保护;监控系统主要是利用Epsynall组态软件,实现变电站综合自动化。本设计从理论上证实了该发电厂的实际可行性,其最终的效果能达到预期的要求。

This design is the design of the power plant integrated automation system, and finally realizes the automatic function of the unattended boost station.. System uses distributed configuration, system function decentralization; to implement the dual bus, real-time network redundancy configuration and control of dual card configuration, further improve the system reliability; LAN (local area network) and optical fiber communication mode is adopted between parts of a system, to ensure the rate of communication and resource sharing.
