摘 要
论文主要介绍了湖北省神龙汽车有限责任公司制造车间实际的吉普车右后翼子板里板封板隔板翻边成形模设计。本文侧重于计算机辅助设计与制造,使用AutoCAD2007绘制二维工程图,运用pro/E Wildfire 5.0软件进行三维数字化建模,模具的虚拟装配,以及模具核心部分零部件的制造仿真。
本文对模具部分主要零部件的结构、技术要求作了详细说 明;还对工艺方案的经济性和技术可行性进行了分析比较,模具参数作了理论计算;对整个模具的装配步骤作了介绍,对主要零部件编制了制造工艺卡。着重介绍了数字化制造的概念,及NC加工的过程。笔者在整个翻边成形模的设计过程中,严格按照零件的工艺要求,综合考虑了模具结构的可靠性与科学性,运用数字化模拟手段以缩短模具设计制造周期。

Abstract
Paper introduces the DPCA Jeep right rear fender board closure plate partition die design. This paper focuses on computer-aided design and manufacturing, two-dimensional engineering drawings using AutoCAD2007 drawing using the pro / EWildfire 5.0 software for three-dimensional digital modeling, mold assembly, and some major parts of the manufacturing simulation, interference analysis.
This part of the main components of the mold structure, a detailed description of the technical requirements; also craft programs of economic and technical feasibility analysis and comparison, mold parameters have been calculated; of the entire mold assembly steps are introduced, the preparation of the main components of the manufacturing process card.Highlighted the concept of digital manufacturing, and NC machining process. I bend forming die in the entire design process, in strict accordance with the part of the process requirements, considering the reliability of the mold structure and science, under the premise of ensuring the quality of parts, the use of digital means to reduce the mold design and manufacturing cycle.
