电缆出线变电站应用自动重合闸的探讨.docx

·32 ·第33卷第10期2007年10月高 电 压 技 术High Voltage EngineeringVol. 33 No.10Oct.2007电缆出线变电站应用自动重合闸的探讨何慧雯1 ,2 , 张敏3 , 何俊佳2(11国网武汉高压研究院,武汉430074;21华中科技大学电气与电子工程学院,武汉430074;3. 江西九江电力公司 ,九江332000)摘要:中压电缆网络中单相瞬时事故占较大比例,但一般规定不建议装设重合闸装置。为此,用ATP2EMTP程 序分别建立了电缆出线变电站和架空出线变电站中发生单相短路事故的模型,仿真分析了它们进行重合闸操作时产生的过电压和过电流以为保证电缆出线变电站的安全运行提供较准确的参考。仿真表明电缆出线特别是线路 较长时,变电站装设自动重合闸装置可能出现的最大重合闸过电压水平比常规架空出线变电站高,但该过电压水 平在出线较多时将大大降低 ,在线路带负载运行时还会进一步减小,故电缆出线较多时采用重合闸装置不会带来 危险的过电压。同时,短路时间愈短,电缆能承受的冲击电流愈大,要求装设的重合闸装置要兼顾暂时故障自行消 失的时间和快速动作两个要素。另外,电缆系统中变压器需承受的冲击电流比架空线系统中大很多,若要采用重 合闸装置则应严格校核变压器的动稳定特性。关键词: 电缆出线变电站; 单相接地故障; 重合闸; 过电压; 过电流; ATP2EMTP中图分类号 : TM726.4文献标志码 :A文章编号 : 100326520 (2007)1020032205Application of Recloser in Substations with Ca ble OutletsH E Hui2wen1 ,2 , ZHAN G Min3 , H E Jun2jia2(1. Jiangxi J iujiang Electric Power Company , J iujiang 332000 ,China)Abstract : It is known f rom the operation experiences that single2phase grounded faults always occurred in themid2voltagecablegrid,but oftenrecloserdevicesarenotappliedin themtoavoid theover voltage andover currentcausedbythepermanentfaults.However,somehistoryrecordsshow thatitisnota certaintythatsinglephasegroundedfaultsofcableoutletswilldevelopintopermanentfaultsorphase2to2phasefaults.The modelsofsubsta2tion with cable outlets and with overhead line outlets are built to analyze the over voltage magnitude and overcurrentmagnitude which take place when a single2phase grounded fault has occurred and the three2phase recloser hastakenaction.Theresultsshowthattheovervoltagesduetoreclosingareaffectedbysomefactors ,suchasthemagnitudeofthetrappedchargeontheline,thereclosingmomentandthenumberofthe outlets.Generallyovervoltagesinca2blegridarehigherthantheovervoltagesinoverheadlinegrid,howeveriftherearemanyotheroutletsinthegrid,
