精品论文 参考文献 经内踝截骨手术入路治疗复杂的距骨骨折的临床研究 宁乡人民医院骨科 湖南宁乡 410600 【摘 要】目的：研究分析经内踝截骨手术入路治疗复杂的距骨骨折的治疗效果。方法：选取2013年1月—2016年1月我院22例复杂距骨骨折患者为研究对象，按照入院治疗时间随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组11例患者；对照组给予患者传统非截骨手术手术入路治疗，治疗组给予患者经内踝截骨手术入路治疗，对比两组患者治疗的效果和手术后骨折畸形愈合发生率。结果：对照组好治疗总有效率为8（72.73%），明显低于治疗组治疗总有效率10（90.91%），两组患者见差异有统计学意义P＜0.05。对照组发生骨折畸形愈合1例，发生率为9.09%（1/11），明显高于治疗组发生骨折畸形愈合0例，发生率为0.00%（0/11），两组患者见差异有统计学意义P＜0.05。结论：经内踝截骨手术入路治疗复杂的距骨骨折效果显著，术后发生骨折畸形愈合发生率低，是临床上治疗复杂距骨骨折切实可靠的选择方式。 【关键词】经内踝截骨手术入路；传统非截骨手术入路；复杂；距骨骨折 [Abstract]：Objective：To study the medial malleolus osteotomy approach in the treatment of complicated talus fractures. Methods：from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital 22 cases of complicated talus fracture patients as the research object，according to the time of hospitalization were randomly divided into control group and treatment group，11 patients in each group；the control group was given the traditional non osteotomy surgical treatment，patients in the treatment group received medial malleolus osteotomy approach in treatment of fracture，malunion rate compared two groups of patients and the effect of surgery. Results：the total effective rate of the control group treatment was 8（72.73%），significantly lower than the treatment group Treatment of the total efficiency of 10（90.91%），two groups of patients to see there was a significant difference between the 0.05. control group P lt; fracture malunion in 1 cases，the incidence rate was 9.09%（1/11），was significantly higher than the treatment group had 0 cases of malunion of fracture，the incidence rate was 0%（0/11），two groups of patients.
