This design using CAST technology. CAST is short for cyclic activated sludge technology,it is on the basis of SBR process,increasing selectors and sludge recirculation facility,that solved the problem of the adjustment strategy.In the CAST system,there should be at least set two pool,so the system can achieve continuous water intake.It is the use of different microbial differences in growth rates under different load conditions and mechanism of phosphorus and nitrogen removal from wastewater by biological, bio - selector and traditional product of the combination of SBR reactors.This design COD and BOD5 removal rates to more than 85 and 85 respectively, concentration of COD concentration is lower than 90mg/L,BOD5 less than 20mg/L, water quality stability and achieve the level of national integrated wastewater discharge standards GB8978-1996 standards.
